A truck driver in Seffner, Florida, has shot and killed a robber in what police say was an act of self-defense.

According to Tampa Bay 10, the driver was on the side of the road trying to repair his vehicle when the robber approached him. The man demanded valuable items from the driver, and the driver handed him several items.

The robber left but came back moments later and demanded the driver hand over his cell phone.

Unfortunately for the robber, the man was ready this time, and out of fear for his life, he shot and killed the robber. The driver then called 911 to alert the police to what had happened.

Of course, Florida is a Stand-Your-Ground state, and retreating wasn’t possible anyway with the man’s vehicle broken down.

  1. If Republicans want my vote, they need to find a candidate who not only believes in 2A, but the rest of the constitution also. I certainly won’t support any of those who’ve denied their responsibilities to the constitution. Nor, those who support the big lie.

  2. All persons and families should have access to firearms and be taught to use them. Self defense is a basic rule of survival.
