Gun owners, and hunters in particular, are laughing and also rolling their eyes at a new billboard promoting wolves.
The reintroduction of wolves into many of the western states has had a devastating impact on elk and deer populations. Additionally, ranchers and farmers in states like Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, and other western states report livestock being killed by the animals.
Liberal environmentalists love to push wolves whenever they can, no matter the cost to many other aspects of our ecosystem.
Well, if you live near Rigby, Idaho, which is a short drive away from Yellowstone National Park, a billboard has gun owners rolling their eyes. As you can see below, the billboard says that wolves were okay on Noah’s Ark, but they are slaughtered in Idaho:

We’ll give the leftist group this: It’s good marketing to do the billboard so close to Yellowstone.
However, many Idahoans who hunt are sick and tired of the wolves. Idaho is the only state where there is no limit on how many you can kill, as the state’s goal is no more than 500 wolves with the current estimate at around 1,100.
Idaho is one of the few states where wolves no longer have federal protection because they were growing rapidly, so the state had no choice but to start minimizing their numbers.
What do you think about the wolf population in your state? Is there a similar call for them to be reduced in number?
